Growth & Readiness Founder-Led Programme — Built by Owners, operated by M2 Innovation Ltd. Last updated: 23 August 2026.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and M2 Innovation Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 15674241, with its registered office at Unit 10, Monarch Courtyard, Brackmills Business Park, Northampton, NN4 7BD (“we”, “us”, “our”, trading as “Built by Owners”). VAT registration number 465 8204 76.

2. About these terms

These terms govern your application for, and participation in, the Growth & Readiness Founder-Led Programme (the “Programme”), and your use of builtbyowners.com and product.builtbyowners.com (the “Site”). By submitting an application or making payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. The Programme

The Programme is a 3-month, founder-led programme delivered personally by Stephen Mold, and includes the B.U.I.L.D. Framework, live one-to-one sessions (delivered by video, or in person where possible), the Owner Independence Scorecard, a Profit & Value Drivers Review, and a 90-Day Strategic Action Plan, as described on the Site at the time of your application.

We may reasonably adapt the exact format, schedule, or delivery method of sessions to suit you and us, provided the overall scope of the Programme is not materially reduced.

4. Application and acceptance

• Submitting an application does not guarantee you a place on the Programme.
• We review every application and will contact you with next steps, including payment details if we believe the Programme is a good fit.
• We may decline any application at our sole discretion.
• A binding contract between you and us only comes into existence once we have confirmed your acceptance and you have made payment.

5. Fees and payment

The Founding Client Rate is £4,000 (full programme value £10,000), plus VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is due upon acceptance and before the Programme begins, unless we have agreed a different schedule with you in writing.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel your place and receive a full refund by notifying us in writing (email to [email protected]) at least 14 days before your first scheduled session.
• Once that 14-day window has passed, or once the Programme has started (whichever happens first), fees are non-refundable — including if you later choose to stop participating.
• If exceptional circumstances mean we need to cancel or reschedule the Programme or a session, we will give as much notice as possible and offer a suitable alternative or, where that isn't possible, a pro-rated refund for sessions not delivered as a result.

7. Founding client participation

In exchange for the Founding Client rate, we ask for your active participation and honest feedback, and — where you feel genuine value has been created — a short video testimonial reflecting your experience. This is an expectation of the founding cohort rather than a condition of any refund, and remains entirely your choice.

8. Your responsibilities

The Programme relies on your honest input, active participation, and willingness to take action; your results will depend substantially on the work you put in. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your business.

9. No guaranteed outcomes

While we bring extensive experience to the Programme, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific financial result, valuation uplift, or business outcome. Every business and owner is different.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential, and only use it to deliver the Programme, except where disclosure is required by law. Please treat any materials, frameworks (including the B.U.I.L.D. Framework), and resources we share with you as confidential and for your own use.

11. Intellectual property

All Programme materials, frameworks, tools, and content remain the intellectual property of M2 Innovation Ltd. You may use them for your own business, but may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reproduce them without our prior written consent.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Programme is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

13. Complaints

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you submit your application will apply to you.
